The Underground Phenoms Exposure Basketball program was established to discover and promote the players who are overlooked on the "Grassroots and AAU Basketball Circuit". We look where others don't look and we give exposure to players others won't.  Our staff is comitted to calling it like it is and giving credit where credit is due.
